Environmental Law is one of the most dynamic, fastest changing areas of law, because it's constantly adapting to changing circumstances, all around the world. I have over 40 years of judicial, legal and academic experience going back to the earliest days of Environmental Law and the first Clean Air and Water Acts in the world, back in the late 1960s. I also pioneered the introduction of environmental impact assessments in Canada. And now I pass all that knowledge and experience on to my students here at UWS, to teach them how to use the law strategically to make positive changes.I want to empower them to be the new leaders in this critical area.
