He is an internationally recognised specialist in corporate law, governance, securities markets regulation, and legal education (especially e-learning). Professor Adams has been writing, teaching and regularly presenting on all these topics for over 20 years. He has held many board positions, (Fellow of the Australian College of Educators (FACE), Australian Academy of Law (FAAL), President of the Australasian Law Teachers Association) and been the co-author of ten books and chapters, 30 articles and over 130 conference/seminar presentations. Yet despite his achievements, teaching law to new generations of law students remains his passion. Professor Adams was awarded the Australian University Teacher of the year for Law and Legal Studies for his efforts.
