Hi, I'm Leonie Young and I graduated from UWS with an LL.B in 2007.
I chose to study law at UWS because it offered a unique combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In today's competitive market, employers want graduates who can hit the ground running from day one - which means you need the skills to apply the law beyond the textbooks. UWS gives you the skills you need to be able to do this.
Where did my degree take me? I've lectured on law in Japan, I've worked as an Associate to Justice Michael Kirby of the High Court of Australia, and I'm currently completing my LL.M at Harvard University on a Frank Knox Fellowship Scholarship.
A law degree from UWS is more than just a piece of paper. It's a ticket to wherever you want to go - wherever that may be. |
